Mail arrives at the camp daily except Sundays. Mail will generally take three or more days to arrive. We have known some parents to mail letters the Friday or Saturday before they bring their camper out so they will receive something on Monday.

If you think your camper might like to write home it would be helpful to supply them with addressed and stamped envelopes.
Phone
Phone calls should be reserved for emergency contact or by prearrangement with the director. If phone contact is used to mitigate homesickness, it is best to make contact in the afternoon or early evening as contact closer to bed time can increase homesickness.

Visits
All visitors must check in when they arrive on the camp grounds. For Intermediate and Senior the best time for visiting is the Saturday between each two week session after 10:30 a.m. For Junior, in addition to the Saturday time, the Thursday evenings special event (6p.m.-ish) is a good time for parents to visit. It is best to arrange visits at other times with the director ahead of time as the schedule is quite packed.
